Emotional Intelligence

Adéola shows how to develop emotionally intelligent organizations. Using a wide range of stories from her own experiences in Moscow, New York City and Amsterdam, Adéola tells us how the space around us has impact on how we feel and perform. She also speaks about what happened around her when the Twin Towers collapsed on 9/11.

Adéola Anigbokan is a teacher in environmental sociology at the University of Amsterdam. She is born in New York, where she obtained her PhD in Psychology at City University and her BA in Anthropology at Columbia University.
